Our Boston office was our first on the East Coast. The office focuses much of its energy prosecuting pharmaceutical fraud cases, including a number of high-profile cases alleging inflation of the cost of prescription drugs. In addition, the office challenges pharmaceutical companies who promote or market drugs for uses not approved by the Food and Drug Administration, known as off-label marketing. It also prosecutes personal injury cases involving unsafe drugs or compounds negligently released to the public.
